The PharmoCodeTM Barcode Labeling Solution utilizes software and equipment to create, print, and apply barcode labels to non-oral solid medications (ampoules, vials, inhalers, syringes, creams, eye preps, bags, etc.) to enable Barcode Point of Care Systems to operate.
PharmoCode's scan and print features allow users to retrieve label templates and all drug specific label information simply by scanning the barcode on the stock package. The First DataBank® Database is included in our solution which contains over 130,000 medication records with complete drug information. The labels are then manually applied to the products after printing.
For High Risk or specialty medications, we allow you to print labels with pictures of the medications in Color. Additional features include:
- Enhanced Patient Safety with features such as Tall Man Lettering and over 10,000 pill images.
- Elimination of handwritten user logs by providing a comprehensive database of all packaging runs.
